Basseterre, Saint Kitts (Public Infrastructure News) – Residents and business owners in Dewars, Beacon Heights and Upper Shadwell are advised that storage tank levels remain low as the system continues to experience an imbalance between the volume of water being supplied to the Beacon Heights Reservoir and the amount being consumed.
Consequently, customers may continue to experience reduced water pressure, intermittent supply or temporary interruptions in service.
The WSD continues to monitor the situation and manage the available water supply to allow tank levels to recover as much as possible. Residents are encouraged to use water responsibly and conserve available supplies while these conditions persist.
The WSD sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused and appreciates your patience and understanding.

If you would like to speak with an agent, please call the water services hotline at (869) 465-8000, (869) 662-4307 or 141.
