Basseterre, Saint Kitts (Public Infrastructure News) – Residents and business owners in Phillips are advised that the Saint Kitts Water Services Department (WSD) will be conducting repairs to the water distribution network on Friday, August 21, 2026.

Customers in this area may experience temporary water service interruptions due the team’s activities. Please see Table 1 for complete details.
