Bidding on Proposed Office Spaces at Port Zante

The Government of St. Kitts and Nevis invites contractors to bid on the the proposed office spaces at Port Zante for the Ministry of Economic Development.

Eligibility Requirements

Potential bidders must present a valid business license to receive tender documents.

Collection of Tender Documents

Tender documents can be collected from the Public Works Department, Wellington Road, Basseterre, St. Kitts, from Monday, August 19, 2024, for a non-refundable fee of EC$400 each.

Submission of Tender Documents

Please submit completed tender documents in sealed envelope to the office of the Director of Public Works Department, Wellington Road, Basseterre, St. Kitts.

Submission Deadline

Completed tender documents must be submitted by Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at or before 1 p.m.

Opening of Sealed Tender Documents

The Public Works Department invites bidders or their representatives to attend the official opening of tender documents.
