On Monday, June 16, 2025, the Head of PWD’s Roads and Drains Division, Zekey Hazel, informed MoPIEUDT NEWS of his team’s whereabouts and activity.

Mr. Hazel shared that the PWD respectively deployed concrete crews to Half Moon and Newtown on Monday morning. In Half Moon, the team is actively engaged in repairing drains and a collapsed roadway. In Newtown, the team is completing the drainage along Southwell Drive.

Both activities aim to facilitate transit to the satisfaction of residents and other road users in these areas.
