Basseterre, Saint Kitts (Public Infrastructure News) – On Wednesday, September 9, 2026, residents and road users in Lodge and the C. A. Paul Southwell Industrial Site in Basseterre will continue to benefit from critical improvements to the drains and roads in their communities, thanks to the efforts of the Roads and Drains Division (RDD) of the Public Works Department (PWD) in the Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Energy, and Utilities.
