Status of Water Service from Lime Kiln to New Guinea

Date:

Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT News) – The St. Kitts Water Services Department (WSD) wishes to inform its customers that an interruption in water service from Lime Kiln to New Guinea resulted from activities undertaken by our crew to flush the lines of silt that accumulated due to recent, heavy rain in the Wingfield area. Our team redirected water from Olivees to the affected areas and anticipates the imminent restoration of service once the water pressure rises to an appropriate level.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work assiduously to address the issue and restore service to the area.

For more information, please visit our websites at mopieudt.gov.kn and water.gov.kn. You can also follow the WSD’s Facebook page for updates. If you experience any issues, please do not hesitate to report them to us by calling our emergency hotline at 662-4307.

Thank you for understanding.
