Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – The St. Kitts Water Services Department (WSD) advises customers at higher elevations in Harris Village that they may be affected by water supply issues because of service interruptions in Tabernacle last Friday and Saturday, which were necessary to accommodate pump repairs. The supply to the area has been further limited by ongoing repairs to a damaged line from the water source in Phillips Village. Those repairs will continue on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
The WSD wishes to reassure customers at lower elevations in Harris Village that their water supply should remain largely unaffected by these events.
As the WSD continues to address these issues to restore service to the affected area as quickly as possible, it sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience caused by the service interruptions, and asks for your continued patience.
