Service Restored to Dewars, Shadwell, and the Surrounding Areas

Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – The St. Kitts Water Services Department (WSD) wishes to inform the general public that service has been restored to Shadwell, Dewars, and nearby areas, following an unexpected issue that delayed service restoration by approximately 5 hours.

Following swift action from the Department, and amid multiple reports from customers on social media, the team successfully resolved the issue and restored service by approximately 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2025.

The Department thanks all customers for their patience, vigilance, and understanding, and underscores that the WSD remains committed to providing the best service possible as it continues to source and manage water for distribution through the islandwide water network.

The Department wishes to remind all customers that they may utilize the water services hotline to report additional issues by calling 662-4307.
