Basseterre, Saint Kitts (Public Infrastructure News) – On Wednesday, September 30, 2026, residents in Bird Rock, Douglas Estate, and Half Way Tree will benefit from new and continued maintenance activities of the Roads and Drains Division in the Public Works Department (PWD) as the division continues to address infrastructural issues around the island.
