Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – The St. Kitts Water Services Department (WSD) announced the temporary suspension of in-person bill payments at the WSD’s Main Office at Needsmust, following the initiation of repairs in early October 2025, that not only prompted the suspension of bill payments at the site, but also necessitated the relocation of its Customer Service Division to the Public Works Department on Wellington Road, Basseterre.
Where to Pay Your Bill?
On Monday, October 13, 2025, WSD Water Manager and Engineer, Cromwell Williams, said:
“Bill payments have been temporarily suspended at our main office, but our cashiers remain open at the Basseterre Post Office, and we are encouraging customers to pay their bills there.”
In addition to in-person bill payments, the WSD also has an online payment option that customers may use. An explainer video that shows customers how to register with the WSD for online bill payments is available on the Ministry of Public Infrastructure’s website, mopieudt.gov.kn, and the WSD’s Facebook page.
