Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – The Roads and Drains Division of the Public Works Department (PWD) will continue its work to maintain and upgrade the roadways around the island:
- Following the milling of Bourkes Road, Sandy Point, on July 1, 2025, the team will prepare the road for paving.
- Additionally, work continues on the retaining wall in Trinity and the wing wall in Half Moon.
- The team will also continue to trim overgrown shrubs along the roadway at the Southeast Peninsula.
These activities will continue on Thursday, July 3.
The PWD asks pedestrians and drivers to be alert when travelling through these areas.
