WSD Inspectors Discuss Service Interruptions and Quality Assurance on The Water Line

On Wednesday, February 12, 2025, St. Kitts Water Services Department’s Inspector of Works (Kurt Carty) and the Inspector of Quality (Shawn Greenaway) discussed numerous issues on The Water Line. Mr. Carty explained the nature of recent water service interruptions in Bird Rock, Frigate Bay, and the Southeast Peninsula. Mr. Greenaway affirmed that the WSD’s adherence to World Health Organization (WHO) standards and collaboration with local and regional entities operate to prioritize consumer safety.

The Water Line Radio Program on ZIZ is an initiative of the St. Kitts Water Services Department that aims to sensitize the general public about developments in water management at the WSD.
