Basseterre, St. Kitts (Public Infrastructure NEWS) – The Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities advises the general public that all offices, including the Public Works and Water Services Department offices, will be closed on Thursday, January 29th, 2026, to facilitate our Staff Appreciation Fair.
