Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – The Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities, and Domestic Transport strengthened its commitment to improving its engagement with the general public by adding a dedicated customer support page to its website.
The addition brings a layer of redundancy to the modes of communication that the ministry already uses to interact with the public.
Now, customers of the Water Service Department to log water service issues via the customer support page.
The page provides an additional point of contact with the Public Works Department to facilitate the identification and scheduling of roadwork around the island. Additionally, the public may also submit general inquiries to the ministry for forwarding to agents of the relevant departments.
The move underscores the ministry’s thrust to improve communication with the people it serves by reducing bottlenecks that may impede the timely flow of information to the relevant actors.
